Holly Eyewear

Built in the core of Toronto's fashion district of Yorkville, this 2500sf retail store has already made it in many fashion magazines for its design and Eyewear.

Once the suite was completely demolished to its base build state, this 1940 built building was transformed to a contemporary store. Upon making the interior perimeters plumb, high end finishes were applied to suit it’s neighbourhood and clientele. The project was fast-tracked and completed with 2 months.
