Hilton Garden Inn

Under the construction management delivery model, this challenging and exciting project brings the addition of 30 new suites onto this existing 4 storey hotel.

Once the existing wood roof trusses are removed, 14000sf of CFSJ (cold formed steel joists) will be used to construct the superstructure followed by a traditional construction assembly. Once completed, this hotel will have a modern and fresh appeal bringing the hotel to Hilton’s new standards.
